Earls Kitchen + Bar - Kelowna

It was very expensive for the quality of the food that was served us, as well as there were many paintings that I asked my waitress on dinge and was completely ignorant. they took my order and 20 minutes later told me they were out of lobster and asked me to change my order. they did not offer to refill our empty beverages and instead leave a water-cnail on our table. than the bill arrived, there was no option for a custom tip, only an option of at least 18 percent with only higher options to choose from. on the way out my party was shouted by a intoxicating person with whom the restaurant had not to do and obviously led to people around him having a bad experience.

Great service of the bretagne and the manager mike was very nice and tried to say hi to tables. 10/10

Looked inside. very cold air blowing in the middle of winter on us. ate with jacket on and left cold softened.

Had a great lunch on remembrance day with 2 friends and my husband, a couple had a 4 y/o crying for almost the whole time we where there, we offered candy and Earl's offered to him a little playtoy, he settled, when the couple left they came to us and apologized! like who does that nowadays, it was awesome!! The problem was he had severe chapped lips that hurt. The poor little guy
