What Sage Maggio doesn't like about Bui Bistro:
we had the braided soulbarsch. fish was good, but too salty. hubby had lemongrass chicken breast. it was a full chest, to portion, not enough lemongrass taste and a dry. we had papayasalat, the species with rindsalat. normally not offered in Vietnamese restaurants, so I had to order it. the dressing was an important part of this salat. should be a thick soy sauce with something sweet in it. his soße was a bit off and... The second time you eat pho. while looking for pho innapa area, this place is right in the city. very convenient location the suppe is hot and easy.
It's been here since the last time. before eating was very well prepared, the staff was friendly and the environment clean. when we entered.
I was here for pho. I was very hungry and needed to eat something very fast. in restaurant have only groups of people. I ordered a big pho.
This is a good find I had hoped to try Annalien in Napa, but missed The food was excellent however the service a bit slow.
