I was searching for a place to have lunch while my daughter was at a birthday party, and New Dragon was one of the few places that had dine-in seating available. They serve no-frills Chinese dishes in an American style at very reasonable prices for both lunch and dinner. The portions are quite large, so make sure to come with a big appetite or be prepared to take some leftovers home. The staff, although not the most... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about New Dragon:
The bartender took our order for two full meals promptly, but my friend and I were disappointed by the odor coming from the kitchen. The couple at the next table complained about the rude service and said they would not be returning. I have never had such a bad dining experience at any other restaurant. I recommend going to China Garden for better quality Chinese takeout instead. View all feedback.
My crab rangoons were not crispy and had absolutely no taste except a strong saltiness. I'm in the rule not to leave a bad assessment, but I was so disappointed by the quality of such a popular article.
Ordered food to take home to Connecticut since there is no other like it around. I had a small issue and I contacted them and they made it right!
The food and prices aregood but CHECK YOUR TAKE-OUT BEFORE LEAVING. On two out of 5 times, they have 1-given me egg foo young without gravy. 2 got home with the condiments/soup/rice/fortune cookies/soy sauce/hot mustard/duck sauce BUT=THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE ENTREES. I went back.Today, I ordered 2 lunches and got home (15 miles away) to find no fried rice and NO gravy for the egg foo.SHAME ON ME
Old food? Chicken fingers were old looking. Fried rice was mushy and bland. This is not the 1st time recently that I've gotten less than good food but it was by far the worst! I used to love this place but no more.
We ordered take out. On line ordering didn’t work so called it in. Beef in the beef and broccoli was bad. Made entire meal not edible. Ordered fried dumplings which were undercooked. Asked for extra dumpling sauce but didn’t get any! Asked for extra chives in egg drop soup, didn’t get any. Had to pay extra for “free table noodles.” Some Chicken wings were soggy and some overcooked in same meal! Rice was pasty in each luncheon. The only reason for a two instead of 0/5 is we had decent food once before.
