Richard's Chinese Takeaway - Nenagh

I had a wonderful time at this Chinese restaurant when I ordered takeout in December. Despite being busy most nights, the restaurant is well-run and offers good value for the delicious food. When I placed my order online, I was surprised to discover a 70 cent charge (5% of my total bill) added to my Visa card payment. The app mentioned a possible refund in the FAQ section, but I never received one. Just keep in mind that this charge can accumulate on smaller orders.

The Chinese cuisine at this restaurant is always delicious. The staff is welcoming and the prices are fair. In general, it's a fantastic dining establishment.

I went to this takeout restaurant for the first time and thought it was just okay, nothing special. However, my subsequent visits were disappointing and fell short of my expectations.

Have ordered from this place in the past and food was great but the last order it seems the quality of the food just is not there anymore. Key item of a Chinese takeaway is a spice bag, but their version lacks the chili's or onions leaving just chicken, chips and a powder substitute. There house specials come very lean on any veg inclusive. Will look elsewhere from now on Food: 2
