This place is now owned by “Safe Harbor” and is just a little more upscale has several items not offered at Safe Harbor. Great food, darn good prices service and a Rum Punch that is tops! Don’t miss if you’re in the area.
Always wonderful and nostalgic, this is the ONLY place I can find that will let you shuck your own oysters. Location, ambience, and good food all come together to make this place one of the most authentic beach restaurants ever. I grew up at or near the beach, and so much has changed with more and more people showing up and building condos and restaurants with zero soul. Slider's is one of the few places left, a bastion of how the old beach was. The food is fresh and good, and my FAVORITE time to go is during a slow time (typically around when they first open on weekdays, before folks come in later for dinner). Sit outside and enjoy eating fresh seafood right across the street from the ocean. People watch. Enjoy a drink. Prices are so reasonable and you can't find this place anywhere else. It's always like coming home for a meal at Slider's.
Slider’s is the best restaurant in Neptune Beach! If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out! Incredible food and service. The Blackened Snapper is soooooo delicious!
Ate there last night for the first time in years and had absolutely blown my mind!!!! It was the best culinary experience of my life! The staff was all night over everything, the food presentation was an artwork and tasted even better!! The portions were so big that I had leftovers that I enjoyed again today!! This place is the Boooomb!!! 5 stars do not even do this place justice!! I'm just going 10 stars!!
