Restaurant du Puits - Neuchâtel

Problem to solve: we are waiting to see the release of this, but for the moment we are very disappointed. we have placed an order on Saturday at 19:51 clock directly in front of location and it shows a waiting time of 30 minutes. we waited an hour and ten for our order before we take care and try to call the restaurant. unfortunately no answer because the restaurant obviously closed at 21 o'clock our order was paid directly with credit card, but we will of course never have our burgers, they looked great! we are waiting for their solution and especially in the position to taste their dishes and check our position regarding the opinion and the note: Edit: the problem has been solved very well! the team is very responsive and has offered us a solution very quickly. not to say anything except thank you. it was actually a mistake, we could order from smood on Friday. the delivery was super fast, not even 40min and the burgers were still hot and tasty. small apartment but for the burger with foie grass, where we found that a little more foie grass would not have been luxurious. but nothing else to complain! Many thanks to the team : (original problème à régler : nous attendons de voir la résolution de celui-ci mais pour l’instant nous sommes très déçus. nous avons passé commande un samedi à 19:51 directement sur le site et celui-ci nous indiquait un délai d’attente de max 30 min. nous avons visitu une heure dix notre command avant de s’inquiéter et d’essayer d’appeler le restaurant. malheureusement sans réponse car le restaurant ferme visualment à 21h. été payée directement par carte de crédit mais nous n’aurons visiblement jamais nos burgers, ils avaient l’air super pourtant ! at the participation in votre solution et surtout de pouvoir déguster vos plats et revoir notre position besorgnis l’avis et la ) il s’agissait en fait d’un bug, nous avons pu commander depuis smood ce vendredi. la livraison était super rapide, même pas 40min et les burgers étaient encore très chauds et délicieux. petit bémol cependant pour le burger au foie gras u on trouvait qu’un peu plus de foie gras n’aurait pas été du luxe. mais sinon rien à redire! merci encore à l’équipe:

Went there as I was working in the neighbourhood on that day and found nothing else around. I guess the owners know that. While the café is OK (but on a covered internal courtyard to impossible to enjoy fresh air,) the food really looks like a school bad cafeteria! To be avoided! Next time I'll be around, I'll bring my own food.

Self-service u service à table. ce resto en pleine zone industrial offre des plats corrected mais pas toujours variés.

Cuisine simple et efficace. Personnel efficace et sympathique.
