Excellent concept, very beautiful evening for two. We enjoyed every gang.
Very good food. The Maron soup was a poem, as was the preparation of the inconspicuous vegetables: the hosting. The char, and the salmon, could have done some more sophistication. It should be noted that Merle, who has advised us well, is also recommended for wine. As soon as the place was full, the noise level was a bit high. We like to come back.
