Caffe Nero Lymington - New Forest

I enjoy the coffee and food at this restaurant, but what really stands out is the friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere at my local cafe. It's a great place to be, whether you're alone or with friends.

As always, the staff were friendly, lively and very efficient. they always remember what I usually have. the coffee is of good quality and is made very quickly. there is always a positive uplift around the place, as the employees always laugh and enjoy...every other company.

Large coffee, large service and dedicated staff adam, edie, jamie, magyer (not sure if the name is correct a young guy very hard work and katherine all very informative but pleasantly hard work with a nice kind of engagement. as they remember. all ordering and drinks are impressive must be well trained. only something to improve is decor is a bit dated, settees and chairs need some renovation or replacing and set the electric charging points for phones and laptops at a higher level for easy access.

The coffee was burned the milk was over steam that deteriorates the taste times, the toilets need to be checked clean and more regularly

I understand that masks are not required by law in hospitality areas, but the employees at this restaurant chose not to wear masks this morning. Most of the customers, however, opted to wear one. Lymington has numerous other coffee shops, but for me, something was lacking. While I acknowledge that it is their personal choice not to wear masks, it did affect my experience.
