The owner seems disorganized, as they do not have enough staff on hand. Customers are also rude to the hard-working employees. We had one server taking care of us, with only two other people working. The owner should hire more staff or the workers should consider forming a union. If you visit this restaurant, please be kind to the employees who are being overworked due to staff shortages. I received a moldy and stale bun... told manager and they asked if I wanted another... second bun moldy too... threw it away. Called corporate and they apologized and said I would be contacted... never was... called back and they apologized again....said they would escalate and I would be contacted right away.... Over a month, no contact, no refund... I'm done with Burger King. View all feedback.
My food was reheated to room temperature and the place was clean and empty. drive thru has been closed food: 4/5
The customer service at this restaurant is awful whenever I visit. This will be my final visit. The employees at the drive-thru are consistently rude on the speaker and when passing out orders at the window.
Every time I spend more than $20, my order is never correct! They always forget something!!! Where are my kids' plain cheeseburgers!!!??? And they never pick up the phone when you call!!! -10 for poor service
