Pacifico in New Haven is one of the best restaurants in Connecticut! Everything from ambience to food and drinks is top notch. Staff are professional, friendly and proud of their work. The dishes and drinks are absolutely delicious!

My husband and I came in on a Wednesday night. The place was not busy or crowded, but you would think it was with how slow service was. We sat for about 10 minutes with empty plates before our server checked in on us. At one point the host and another server were standing around chatting about meals being made at their homes. I always thought a server is to always be busy, even if it means helping a table that isn’t yours. Even the cooking staff looked over at us in disbelief on how long we waited to checked on. Anyway, food was good. I appreciated the ceviche, empanadas and the shrimp/scallop/lobster ravioli dishes the most. We finished the meal with a slice of dulce de leche cheesecake which was delicious.
