Compere Lapin - New Orleans

The biscuits were fantastic and the pork belly was incredibly tender. The hush puppies were a bit too crispy and salty for my liking, but others enjoyed them. The ceviche was tasty, but could have used more chips for dipping.

I absolutely adore this place! The elegant Caribbean cuisine truly surpasses expectations as the food is outstanding. The restaurant has a trendy atmosphere with high-end presentation and a beautiful design. The service from the waitstaff is exceptional and the wine selection is impressive. They offer a diverse range of wines at varying price points, origins, and grape varieties. A visit to this restaurant is a must when in New Orleans!

Oh my goodness! This restaurant is an absolute delight for the senses. I declare it the best restaurant I dined at during my four-day trip. The food is truly exceptional. The biscuits are incredible, and the fried chicken with slaw is outstanding. I highly recommend heading there right away and requesting the corner couple booth by the window for a perfect date spot in town.

We but I was so happy for this return. It was Veterans Day and through my whole United States Army career I was never a Veteran to myself only a rookie. I retired two days because few and I am a Veteran. I am so happy our greyest Chef and Restaurant has returned!!

We come in from Longview, TX once a year. Last year we had dinner, it was outstanding. This year Sunday brunch, also outstanding. Next year we will do both.
