A mistake. When you're in New Orleans and go to a place with typical American food, it's your own fault. This was garden variety stuff nothing imaginative or particularly favorable. It's pretty much a Chili's or what Bennigan's, back before Bennigan's mercifully went out of business. When you're in New Orleans, eat at one of the hundreds of outstanding Cajun restaurants
We made reservations earlier for and were seated immediately after entering. min later someone asked if we had been helped yet NO, apparently they forgot to tell our waitress. She was very nice and apologized even though it was not her fault. Ordered our drinks came in a dirty chipped glass from the bar and had to be returned. Appetizers came about We didn’t get our dinner until We were in NO visiting and have eating in at least places locally so far this place is not a place you want to go to. It’s by hotels and casinos but I’d recommend walking a little further down. The food was ok, but not worth the wait
Our server, Diamond, is awesome. She made our dining experience over the top. We were celebrating our mother's birthday. Diamond made my mother feel so special. Thank you Diamond
Our waitress was great in all respects! The poor service rating is based on management's failure to hire and provide sufficient waitstaff. For example, our main attraction to this restaurant over several years has been its beautiful patio dining area. On the last couple of visits, we were told there is no table service in the patio due to insufficient waitstaff. New Orleanians enjoy outdoor dining until things change to once again accommodate customers with that service, we will not be motivated to return
Food and service were both outstanding. Our charming waitress, Emily, was very attentive, warm, and welcoming. We were visiting tourists to the Big Easy and she was very helpful and answered all our questions about the city. The food arrived quickly and was excellent. Portion sizes were reasonable for the price point. All in all, a great dining experience
