Great place for Chinese noodles in New Westminster. Restaurant is right next to Starlight Casino. They have a wide selection of noodles in their menu. Plenty of parking since Shang Noodle shares the parking lot with the casino. Staff are generally friendly. Restaurant in New Westminster is more spacious than the one in Richmond. I am never disappointed by dimsum at Kirin, everything is always great.
The dim sum at Kirin is known as one of the best in vancouver and honestly, since i don't really like dim sum, I'm not a huge fan but there are both pros

Given that we reside in Richmond we typically visit the Shang location on Saba Road. What I discovered was that the female servers were communicating with us in the Queen's English while in Richmond the language of preference was Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin dialect). We were fortunate to have Fanny serve us, she went out of her way to make us comfortable without being intrusive. Personally we preferred the food in Richmond as opposed to Queensborough Landing. That being said both locations were great.
