Ayurveda Cafe - New York

We went to this restaurant after participating in an Anti-Fur Protest March and enjoyed a delicious, satisfying dinner. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Malik, who is knowledgeable in Yoga, Ayurveda, and has experience as a restaurateur. He has also been involved in producing and acting in some art films. The atmosphere is very New York local and is a must-try!

I have been to this restaurant numerous times. While some dishes are better than others, overall it is consistently good. They offer a selection of dishes and you can request more if you like. They are able to accommodate vegan dietary restrictions. Lunchtime offers the best value.

I have visited this restaurant several times and it always leaves me feeling satisfied and full. They offer a daily menu tray with a variety of food options. I have consistently enjoyed the delicious vegan tray, although some of the sauces have been too sweet for my taste. While there have been a couple instances where the food was bland, for the most part it is really tasty.

I ended up here essentially by chance on a set menu day and it was worth it. Good curries, decently priced, friendly service.

Easy quick healthy food, only offers one option at a time. That makes it easier for me really. Just ask to hold the dairy. Tasty and I feel grate after eating.
