The food is good and what you would expect from a New York Chinese delivery. Cheap, fast and reliable.However, the delivery drivers used by the restaurant consistently are the worst. Rude beyond measure to demand more tip in cash when they arrive. I pre tip and pay on the app and I will NOT be extorted for more money even after paying the delivery fee on top of my gratuity. Food very delicious, delivery quick, and the best service in this neighborhood. Delivery see we service the best.
The food was cool by the time I got it, so the crab Rangoon had no crunch...it was chewy. The Gen. Tsaos chicken had no kick and only 2 pieces of broccoli. I asked for medium spice that was level 3 out of 4. Same with the hot and sour soup. The pork fried rice was nice!
The food here is usually pretty good and consistent. Today I found a hair in my food though. Like really stuck in there! And shrimp roll was very oily.
The delivery man was very friendly and remembered me from last time.
Our go to, fast delivery, the food is always consistent and tasty. Has not failed us yet.
