Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed reviews, Fratello's at the Double Tree Hilton Newcastle Airport offers excellent dining options with well-portioned meals and friendly service. While some diners have complained about menu discrepancies, slow service, and disorganization, others have raved about the perfectly cooked food and fantastic atmosphere. Overall, Fratello's seems to be a hit or miss experience depending on the day and the dishes chosen.
Called on a Saturday evening and taken place without problems. Restaurant was not excessively busy and ordered the steak and lemon chicken dishes. Waiting was longer than we expected, but the food was cooked for perfection. Probably the most tasty restaurant we had in a long time.
Fantastic Sunday roasts. Great value for money. Beef was so delicious and large portion size. In any case, you come to your Sunday dinner, will not disappoint.
We came to dinner in the middle of the week and I must say the pizza and pasta are one of the best we tried in Newcastle! Thank you and congratulations to Koch Darren. The food and service were on site, we will definitely come back!
Just had a roast beef dinner and it was just stunning. With the red wine jus, the beef was only breathtaking. Lush. Next time we're on Newcastle, we're back for Sunday dinner. Hit!
We were booked for a meal for 6 at 2 o’clock but unfortunately they were just doing afternoon tea for jubilee garry f&b team made it possible for us to have our meal and was very friendly very nice meals would go there again
