Stayed at the Novotel and was a little apprehensive about dining at Bistro Dalby. The orange chairs unsettled me. However the service for our pre-diner drink was so good we decided to stay. The food (barramundi and rissotto) was exquisitly prepared and delicious. The service friendly.
