it was so nice to go into a hotel with vegan options on the menu! in the garden rooms (the main bar of the hotel) they had some selected options on the menu: flower cup wings, vegan pizza and a Buddha dish. the flower wings were delicious, but the Buddha Shot was a little strange, it could have done with the addition of rice, because it was only dahl, kimchi, avocado and pitta brot. soy milk as option for tea/coffee. read more.
