What Lamington Child doesn't like about Exotik - Latin Cafe:
Making a dish vegan means charging $2 to add this bland... mush. And the food is already pretty bland. The fried rice that I ordered for its plantain doesn't have plantain. Very expensive for the little effort that goes into everything. This does not carry the torch for Latin food. View all feedback.
Beautiful atmosphere and interior, but food and waiting for the food were disappointing. Grief I had the Acai Bowl (something new on your menu?), It was literally $ 14 for 3 big blades Coconut yogurt and next to zero acai on the side. Also no granola, only a small cereal. Fruit seemed to be fresh and the presentation was great, but worth the money. Waiting time was also a while. Nobody was in the store and it still took almost 20 minutes. Grief The staff was not attentive and always appeared on their phone, so I was not served for a long time for a long time. On a better note your cap is great. It's strong and foamy what I love. Free Wi-Fi is also a plus, good for study data :) Take a look at the toilets while they are here ... they are funky (in a good way) and clean.
Grief Came for dinner and drinks in Newtown and stumbled in this place as he tried to decide. The atmosphere looks great and although I'm not an expert for Latin food, I was pleasantly surprised by our meal with mixed tapas. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Cocktail was a bit diluted, but only 5 dollars with the tapas can not bother the price. Experience was pleasant and could definitely see that I can come back :)
Exotic is a popular Newtown restaurant serving an assortment of South American kitchens. My girlfriend and I ordered several of her signed dishes for the snack, and while some were excellent, others were permanent. Grief Grief My favorite must be the Ceviche, a dish of fresh fish fillet, which is cured in citrus juices and awakened with chili paprika. The additional spices such as onions and Cilantro adopted the cold bowls a taste and intensity, and we enjoyed very enjoyable. Grief Grief Hits: Empanadas, Ceviche Misses: Patacones, Arepas
I went to Exoticism to celebrate Mother's Day, and I'm really disappointed. Grief The staff is friendly, but they are slow, especially the kitchen service. We have been waiting for the food for more than 40 minutes, it was cold, the taste does not constitute authentic Latin American food, bad presentation. The amount of dishes is very small and expensive. Grief I will not recommend it. It's a shame, because today it was a great opportunity to get new customers and make people happy. What an embarrassing experience for my mother!
Came for dinner and drinks to newtown and stumbled into this place while trying to decide. The atmosphere looks great and although I'm no expert on Latin food I was pleasantly surprised by our mixed tapas meal. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Cocktail was a little watered down but only $5 with the tapas so cannot fault on price. Experience was pleasant and could definitely see myself coming back :)
