The staff at this restaurant are truly exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the tapas dishes are authentic. The wine list is extensive and impressive - I ended up purchasing a bottle of Riesling, which I didn't think I would enjoy, but I was pleasantly surprised. The worse Colombian food I've had in my life. The bandeja paisa was cold and flavourless. The place has a good atmosphere. I might not recommend that place to my friends and parents. View all feedback.
We were looking for a lunchtime option on a rainy Sunday afternoon in Sydney.
Went here on a Saturday night for a Tapas-style dinnerIt was pretty horrific.
We saw the bad reviews on yelp but decided to check it out anyway because it was Good Friday and many shops were closed.
40min after we ordered ourselves that we checked in our meal, as we notice a table that came there 30 minutes after we had already begun to get their food (the place was not even half full). We were told us that we would be there in 3 minutes, no excuse for the delay, apparently they seemed to be busy (!) What we got the order was either not cooked, over-cooked or tasteless. We are literally abandoned from the table without finishing the food as it was so late at this time that we were over there. When we paid the bill, we complained again and did not get excuse, but told that they were busy again, and the seafood took a long time to cook! They agreed to take 2 courts from the bill because we did not touch them. I asked what she would do to compensate for the bad service and win one hour for the food, and nothing was said that not even the $ 2.50 bread would come from the bill, although they finally recognized themselves That we were waiting for our food too long. She strives to tell me that our food was koiled properly, though he did not eat it! Sad is that we were in a hurry, and hunger and Newtown was calm, we could have had a delayed by many places. I saw her overall zomato evaluation and thought they were okay, but now I have read all reviews, and it seems that many people had terrible experiences there. Do not waste your time with money or energy. These people should close the store and find something else in life to do that to be fine.
