Le Chantecler - Nice

This was, by far, one of the best meals I have had in my entire life, if not the best._I should start by saying that this meal is VERY LONG.

This is what fine dining isbravo! I will say up front, this place is not cheap, but if you are after a special occasion dining venue this is it.

I had a very nice meal here on my last night in Nice3.5 stars for the food, 5 stars for the service.

Exceptional dinner. What a greedy, generous and creative discovery of the bastide virgin. We took the great tasting menu in eight surprises. What an incredible deal in the plates! and a generosity that is delightful to all senses, even on the amount of caviar of the first dish. until the starting gift with a wonderful pastry chef cake is enjoyed at home the next day at breakfast to prolong the experience. and what service. a careful and warm team of beautiful wines. this restaurant deserves a second star. bravo !!! we look forward to coming back.

My wife had promised to take me here as a birthday present, and to say I was looking forward to it would be the understatement of the year! From our arrival at Le Chantecler, we were treated like royalty by staff who were totally professional and yet very friendly. They really couldn't do enough for us, and it was amazing to watch their choreography and precision as they served each table with a flourish!Of course, needless to say the food was sublime, beautifully cooked and presented - some dishes resembled works of art rather than something you were supposed to eat! But eat it we did, and it was delicious. And that's not to mention the dining room itself which is sublime.I really don't have words to describe how much I enjoyed our evening at Le Chantecler - I was so looking forward to it and it exceeded all my expectations. I can only hope we go back some day soon. Thanks to all for a truly memorable evening!
