excellent service, delicious pizza and the most delicious salty snacks (baked olive and tapanade) with our drinks. we enjoyed so much that we went 2 nights in succession! View all feedback.
What وهرز فاطمی doesn't like about Le Parasol:
Awful food and awful service. Fried eggs were burnt underneath and raw on top - completely inedible. Service was terrible, waiter was very rude and just wanted to get rid of us. On top of this it was pretty expensive especially considering the quality of food and service received. Do not go here! View all feedback.
We're lunch people. so we had to find something to eat in the evening. a snack.after walking around checking out menus.we found le parasol. actually we were looking for a good salad nicoise. here they offer one in a formule.which means salad 13euro glas of wine 1euro and a coffee for free.a good price if everything is good. which it is in le parsol. we all dream of fresh tuna in the salad but you can't expect it for 13 euro. but to be honest i'm not sure if i would be able to taste the difference between fresh and canned. i bye and grill tuna bought 'fresh' at the market and stores in belgium. if you cook/grill that a little too much you end up with a good.canned product. but i digress as ronny corbett would say. parasol was charming filling up to capacity with locals. friendly service. we returned the next day for formule croc. 10euro + coffe + 1 euro for a large glass of wine. we are returning to nice in october and it will have to be pretty cold not to find us on this cosy terrace.
Keep walking. Rip off of a place. Food is disgusting and dirty. Even the coffee is undrinkable. Staff is nasty to us and to customers around us. With so many other choices in the area just go somewhere else.
My wife and I ate breakfast here one sunny morning. It was very busy with tourists, businessmen and young and old all enjoying the convivial relaxed atmosphere whilst all around, people were going about their business. The food is good whilst not being spectacular but if you want a simple breakfast or a meal in a good setting on a main street, this place fits the bill.
This place has a great variety of items on the menu to suit all times of day and night. Just drinks, or snacks, lunches or dinner. A good place for people watching too. Its not high brow but its relaxing and a good place to pass the time.
We visited the Parasol on a number of occasions for snacks and drinks are were very impressed; the Cafe is centrally situated and staffed by knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful people. My wife is blind and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their brie toasties were especially enjoyable as was the range of wines -- all moderately priced. We would not hesitate to recommend Le Parasol on the basis of our visits over 3 years
