I've been eating Bruce's since it first opened in Millner. I absolutely love their steamed dim sims. Even if I'm not hungry and happen to be near the shop, I'll grab at least 2 steamed dim sims. It's a very casual asian take away joint,...but you can order in advance and they will often accommodate catering. Bruce, himself, is generally in the shop and he is pretty quiet, happy to serve you. The best tasting of chickens that ever had. we had to put an order in advance as the chickens were sold when they were cooked. so juicy and tasteful!
Charcoal pork to die for. Cannot fault any of the food and Bruce and Linda the owners are usually there to make sure everything is special
Portuguese spatchcock chicken is the best take away in darwin. never changed. char grilled. crispy with great sauce.
Hang down the best stealing huh I had in darwin. piping hot crispy chips. always friendly service.
