Contribute FeedbackThe Saltwater Grill in Galveston is a staple with an updated menu offering new and classic dishes. The grilled redfish was perfectly cooked, but the lack of bread was disappointing. Despite the noise level, the food and service were good. Sabor Latin Bistro offers great Peruvian cuisine with generous portions for a reasonable price. Dishes like ceviche mixto and steak arroz chaufa are recommended, despite the busy atmosphere. The ambience at the restaurant is beautiful with delicious food and impressive cocktails. Although some dishes like the Grilled Octopus were tough, overall, it was a great experience with attentive service.
The food was just average for the price. I wasn’t wowed by anything. We were disappointed with the mofongo. The mofongo was a small portion and not the typical mofongo you expect to get at most restaurants. Would most likely not go back.

I had been to Sabor Latin Bistro for the first time last year and it left an impression. I finally made plans to have dinner there and me and my friend were not disappointed. We raved about it the entire weekend. We reserved seats but we showed up quite early and they were more than happy to seat us right away. Great service, delicious food and a nice ambiance, a nice night out.
Fun night first time there. Will have to go again do see the whole menu cause it was prefix for valentines
Food was terrible and expensive for what you get. They also charged $5 for valet parking.
