Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, with smiley staff. However, some diners found the food to be awful, with small, chewy, and overcooked dishes that tasted salty with a strange aftertaste. Despite this, other patrons enjoyed excellent food and faultless service, with a high standard for pub food. The venue was praised as beautiful with friendly staff, a pleasant beer garden, and clean facilities. Some guests had delicious meals and praised the wonderful host and high-quality food at The Bustard. Additionally, the Sunday dinner was lovely, with pink beef and delicious desserts like crème brûlée. The Curry and Quiz night was recommended for a great atmosphere, food, and company. Overall, the restaurant received mixed reviews, with some diners disappointed by the food, while others highly recommended the experience.
Just off the main road, the Bustard is fairly easy to find, and well-located for a bite to eat on the way home from London to East Lincolnshire. An excellent range of modern starters and mains; food arrived fairly promptly with good service, freshly cooked and attractively plated. We will certainly return, now we know it's there.
We picked a quiet Saturday lunch to meet up with friends, the weather was awful but the fire was burning and the food and service was very good. Definitley go again.
