We ordered nearly $100 worth of food from Vella's through MENULOG. Unfortunately, the delivery driver only dropped off 3 salads at my door! I was furious having skipped lunch. Lol My hubby went to Vella's to explain what had happened with just 10 minutes before they closed. The wonderful staff felt bad for what had happened and remade our order gave us free drinks. Thank you so much guys, the food was great, will definitely order from you again.....just not through MENULOG!!

Bought supposed Spanish Mackeral I asked was it ridgy didge SM and was told it was. Got home it the most crap fish possibly Basa and was charged a premium for it. Rang to complain and was told he didn’t know and was shocked. Yeh right. I was a commercial fisherman for 30 years and sadly this happens far too often. Won’t ever go back there. A scrappy experience had by us. Fish bought left off the order, only 5 of 6 calamari,cold chips and dim sims. Waiting 40 minutes as well. We will not be returning as this is the 3d time this has occurred. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered takeaway seafood basket and salad. Wth salad was with fish etc in same box. Not good eating hot salad as it had been in the hot box I think. Need to have salad in separate box . Otherwise good food, nice size fish. Service: Takeaway Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
