My husband and I went to Flynn a few times. We come when they open or make a reservation. Other ways are hit or miss when you get a table on a Friday night. They are open from 4 am to 10 pm. You have live music in the bar, but you can hear it everywhere. It's a small place, but a homey feels at it. I wasn't sure about the Guinness Gravy, so the lady brought me a little to try. It was great!!!! I had put them on my ow... View all feedback.
What jordan Lee doesn't like about Flynn's Irish Tavern:
I believe our waitress was new. She wasn't very attentive. Misunderstood our order. Had to ask the hostess for condiments. Have eaten her many times over many years and food was always really good. Got the traditional corned beef sandwich (rueben without the kraut) w/ sweet potato fries. Fries were great. Sandwich was extremely dry. The meat, the bread, all of it. Very skimpy on the swiss. Bummed with the experience... View all feedback.
One of our favorite restaurants in NMB. Love the pub section for good Irish food and live music
First time at Flynn’s, we will definitely be back! Great food great staff great drinks
Tye food here was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly, joked with us and very patient in explaining options to the table next to us (including letting one person know that the kids menu does not have an age limit. We got the potato pancakes (a little smaller than I'm used to but delicious all the same , crab stuffed mushrooms, and Irish spring rolls to start. Then the potato crusted chicken, bangers and mash, chicken sandwich, kids fries with a side of grilled cheese (that's how my daughter viewed it and an open faced sandwich. Food tasted great, portions were generous, and we either cleaned our plates or what remained made a lovely lunch the following day. Do recommend, and will be going to again.
Food was ok, service was decent. My wife ordered the bangers and mash. The authentic Irish sausages were really over cooked to the point that the ends were almost inedible. The fish and chip was ok. Drinks were good. Bar area had a band playing. Would I go back? Probably not.
