What Natalie Seidel dislikes about Wheatsheaf Inn:

Wheatsheaf Inn is a lovely weekend retreat tucked away in quiet Northleach.
It was challenging to write a review about this restaurant because there are aspects of it that deserve a 5-star rating, while others only merit 2 stars.
Great little English countryside pub and restaurant. Food was amazing. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.
Had a nice table in the bar with lots of space for the dogs to lie beginning with fantastic steak was from this world
We had a warm welcome at The Wheatsheaf, as first-time visitors. We were seated at a beautiful round table in a separate room, which made our evening feel special while still connected to the main restaurant. The Australian waitress was delightful and took good care of us. We wished there were more vegetarian options on the menu, but they were accommodating in mixing and matching appetizers and sides. We all had different dishes (vegetarian, fish, and meat) that we enjoyed. The pub was dog-friendly, which we loved, and the doggy guests were well looked after. This may not be for everyone, but overall a fantastic, traditional Cotswold inn in a charming village that is worth a visit. They also offer rooms, so we may choose to stay next time!
