My kids love Pancakes on the Rock, but who doesn't like a meal based on chocolate. The restaurant is a good size and there is a reasonable amount of parking though when busy it can be hard to get a park. The food is up to the franchise standard. My only complaint would be the never ending music videos that play on the TV screen. they are not always suitable for a restaurant with children in it. View all feedback.

Fun family environment. Good food and happy setting. Good value and outstanding and accommodating service.

Pancakes on the rocks has been around forever! I've been to the Northmead branch a number of times. The menu hasn't changed all these years. We were there for lunch on the weekend. We didn't book and although the restaurant was quite full we managed to get a table. We ordered two pizzas, Tandoori chicken and the salami pizza. It was alright....that's all I can say. Pizza dough was doughy towards the middle of the pizza. We came here because we had the entertainment voucher otherwise we wouldn't have. The service was alright too.....

Arrived and found a spot to park in area shared by local businesses. Short line up to get a table. Welcomed having menus handed out as we waited - made me hungry reading through all the choices! A bit noisy with a full restaurant, for the more brave there are tables outside - though you would have to pick the right weather to enjoy it. When taking our order, wait staff took time to suggest a cheaper when one of our group wanted a more slimline version of one of the strawberry with pancakes combos.Nachos were mildly spicy. A generous sized plate for one person.The Lemon soft drink is not what was expected - rather than the 'usual' soft drink it turned out to be more of an authentic old fashioned version- tart and not so refreshing!Children are well catered for with colouring sheets and friendly faces on pancakes when served!
