Nice gourmet's carte, especially on the terrace with an impressive tree brought back by a monk at the 18th century. Great wine list. Save some room for the cheese trailer. View all feedback.

The best restaurant or I could eat. Thank you.
No stay, but a birthday meal some time ago as a couple. A truly enchanted break in a magnificent setting and perfect service.

Located out of the city of Noves, surrounded by a beautiful nature of pine trees, the hotel offers some nice rooms. However a refurbishment would be welcome, and also some better cleaning. Infrastructure is simply getting old. But eating is very nice , especially if weather allows sitting in the garden. Service is friendly and flexible. Breakfast is outstanding and with 100 table service , which is a major plus as getting very rare.
This is quite a special place. The large terrace, where you are sitting beneath trees and surrounded by soft lights and beauty of Provence makes you and your nearby customers talk quietly, taste the delicious food of the restaurant with as much attention as you have for each other, and keep listening to the last cicadas, going quieter as the sun is setting over there, and later to the crickets under the stars... as a music that accompany your sweet conversation. If I say it 's one of the best table of Provence, in my view, all will be in harmony.
I think is is a tribute to the excellent kitchen at Auberge de Noves that I only remembered to take a photo of the post-dessert petit four. I was enjoying the diner so much. My family and I have been coming to the area since 1990, and soon discovered this gem. If you want to visit a resturant that just delivers every time, I suggest you make the trip. Be sure to get the thyme-smoked lamb in Millefeuille.
