Kartoffel - Nürnberg

Front way a kartoffel soup, tastefully good, was a real suppe without creaminess, perhaps not for everyone. then bratkartoffeln and matjes, both very tasty. I'm so good at it. very friendly service

The facility is totally cuddly and original. old crooked, beef and pots on the wall of the portions, however, we were disappointed, for a 15-year-old who visited all day, the mixed grill plate was a sweat. in the potato pizza was probably the potatoes in the teig and by the flour very hard and difficult to chew. good deal:Big roast with potato dumplings for 8,50 € and delicious.

Ambiente a little outdated. service (the poor guy was probably new and alone) rather weakened and price/performance or no longer

We were very disappointed with our visit here. There is no English menu, if you ask for one they will bring an one page so called dictionary, but it's useless. We got the only thing we could understand from the menu, a pizza and a schnitzel. Also the food was bad, the schnitzel was very oily and the pizza had parsley. Seriously ?! Who puts parsley on a pizza? We asked for the check, it took the waiter more than 10 minutes to come with a hand written paper, so no cash register receipt.

With 8 people we visited again the kartoffel . restaurant deserves its name, because very many dishes around and with the kartoffel. dishes that you don't find everywhere is always something special. we had the most varied dishes and all were qualitatiw and taste very good. service was very friendly, ewt easily overwhelmed, but not unpleasant. local was fully booked without reservation we would not have gotten a place. the menu asks you to go back to the kartoffel. map is also with extension for seasonal dishes. also suitable for veggies.Beautiful ambiente also for groups.Gerne again when we are back in nürnberg.
