So it is a standard thing that when you go shopping in nürnberg, you go to the small bite of karstadt. steaks asia fish all at a good price and very good quality. in the flair of a market hall but very well maintained one is very good. then shopping, just practical. outside the peak times you will find good space. try out rha
Best quality - with very careful preparation. it is every time a pleasure to enjoy here at the theke a great piece of meat in self-selected size with an excellent glass wein.
Perfetto presents itself in the 2nd floor as a market hall with a wide range of fresh goods, a reasonable wine department, up to the usual offered daily needs. asia, steak and fishpoints are still offered in virtually island solutions. we have now drawn to fish and seafood again. we have experienced all this: the oysters were untreated, the rather small fine de claire were all still covered with the dish. we had to go with fork knife the oysters to separate from the shell, so that they can then be sneaked out of the shell. the clear fish soup was tastefully quite good, the portion clearly manageable. the cadry loins were baked for more than 10 minutes, soaking thickly pappy and the sweet cooked. our log site has made it possible for us to follow almost close to the processing of fish, lobster and others. each raw fish has been fried for more than 10 minutes at strong heat. a similar long or longer treatment the lobster tails have to be fallen. the end tail parts have twisted into a crazy spiral. looks like more, but no more. fish like lobster have been fried so to speak "well-well-done".
