The Park Restaurant And Bar - Oak Park

Have you seen this restaurant featured on Gordon Ramsay's show where he tries to save failing restaurants? Look it up on YouTube, it's a disaster! I would not recommend eating there.

Our order was placed at 6pm via Postmates and accepted saying it would be no more than an hour before it would be delivered. Thirty two minutes later our order was canceled. I'm sorry, but after that amount of time, orders should be honored. If the restaurant can't accept the order it shouldn't be accepted in the first place. It should or should not be accepted within a few minutes. Waiting to cancel until the time the driver would have been waiting at the restaurant to bring it to us is unacceptable and should be addressed so your customers arent screwed like we just were. We are now starting from scratch and it will be way longer than we originally thought to get food from somewhere else not great customer service from The Park or Postmates.

The staff was fantastic and the food was delicious, we had a very enjoyable experience!!

It is crucial for a business to operate ethically, but unfortunately, this restaurant does not. I would share more information, but Yelp does not allow it.

It always was a great spot for good drinks and good music. Unfortunately we found out today that the Park closed down permanently.
