After years of being regulars at Mye Restaurant, customers have noticed a decline in service and quality. New Year's Eve brought disappointment with an overpriced and unimpressive meal. While some enjoyed their dining experience, others felt let down by the slow service and poor quality of food. Despite a loyal customer base, some have decided not to return due to their recent experiences. However, for many, Mye remains a reliable choice for authentic Japanese cuisine, especially for special occasions and celebrations. The restaurant continues to draw in diners with its fresh fish, varied menu, and attentive service.

I was here for New Year's Eve this past year with another couple. While I do recognize that going to a restaurant on NYE requires patrons to have a bit more patience, the service we received at Mye was a tad under par - especially considering the high price tag. Everything we ordered was delicious and of the utmost quality - but it took a ridiculous amount of time to get anything - even just a glass of cold water, or a beer.I'm hoping that it was perhaps a one-off situation with it being New Year's Eve because as I mentioned, the quality of the food was great. I will give it another go, and hopefully, the service will be better the second time around.

We love coming to Mye; it's probably one of the restaurants we visit the most in downtown Oakville. The tasting menu is always good - give you a chance to try a variety of food that the chef has to offer.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at this lovely restaurant. Service was excellent. Very good choice on the menu. I had the steak madalion and my husband had the veggie/seafood tempura both meals were very tasty and very well presented. Steak was so tender and we'll flavoured. It was our first time to this restaurant and we will be back very soon. Ita

I've been here a couple times and am never disappointing. Very good quality sushi in a great atmosphere with good service.
