Oatley Pizza Village

We were regular clients up until last night.. On two occasions I asked for extra (smoked salmon which I paid for but it was never put on! However when I rang and spoke to the manager, he always swears that he puts it on, and he put it on himself. On both occasions there was absolutely no salmon at all. . I gave him the benefit of the first time even though there was absolutely no smoked salmon at all - but when it happened again I rang to say that I paid extra for smoked salmon but there wasn't any at all he swore black & blue that he not only put it on himself, he actually gave me double ! Yeah right - so I'm never going to be a customer of theirs ever again & I definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone !

Nothing much has changed about this place in 20 years. The owner is friendly , but sitting outside have a smoke half the time we go past is not a good look. The pizzas are ordinary. Too much topping and cheese that soaks the base with moisture and or oil. It's the kind of pizza that we ate in the 1980s where more was better. Some people like that style but it's not for us.

Have lived locally for well over 30 years,and do order and eat pizza occasionally. Ordered a pizza dinner for hubby and I (very rare). Order made at 6.20pm, by 8.00pm no food, so made a phone call and was told Pizza was 1 minute away. So yes, it turned up asap after the call, but was lifeless and undercooked, and waiting for nearly 2 hours, I would expect a cooked pizza, hot, greasy and running down your arms, not dry and absolutely tasteless? Was a favourite years ago, but never again......

Great Pizza, Great taste, Great choices. What more can I say. I have been getting pizza delivered from here for over 10 years and when family visit from interstate they all want to order one. If you live or are visiting the Penshurst, Mortdale or Oatley areas this is the place to get your pizza.Really fresh ingredients and if you want a recommendation, try the half Ground beef. and half Supreme.

Back in Oatley and trying another pizza - this time a real pizzeria. Like spicy so the 'Al's Special' was recommended and ready in 30mins, so a short stroll to rack up some kilojoule credits. Returning right on time, my large (8 pcs) pizza comes out of the oven. Looks great (see my pic), tastes great (dined in) - 4 slices for dinner, one for supper when I get home, and three for lunch tomorrow. No wonder they've been here for a while.
