Saltgrass Steak House Oklahoma City

New Years Day to the show and then to eat. Was so glad Saltgrass was open. Seated at a table to the side by wall. Could see the fire place and wished we were closer. Not busy for a afternoon time. We lucked out and got a great waitress. Both Ordered the chopped steak with mushrooms and caramelized onions on top. So good! I get Brussel Sprouts that are cooked crisp with a spicy sweet sauce. Husband Broccoli with cheese. sauce. We just got the bread to go, always too full. You can get the lunch special cheaper but we do the normal dinner. You get a soup or salad and a choice for your side. This is a older place on sw side, could use alittle update. Not a fan of animals on walls. Atmosphere just ok but we always enjoy the meal.

Came with a group and we sat in a private room as context. We had a prix fixe menu so the meal choices were easy. We had a nice assortment of appetizers that came out quick. After this the salads took awhile (almost 30 minutes) but the entrees were fresh and tasty. I chose the ribeye and shrimp with the garlic mash. Would have preferred to not have the butter sauce on the steak but I took off as much as possible. Overall the service was good for the visit but we did give our server a hard time for spilling some water on us LOL. Would come back the next time I visit my office!

We were greeted straight away. Parking was pretty open in a large parking lot. Celebrating my daughter's promotion and this is the spot she chose. Mike, our server, was pleasant and professional. He made sure our waters were freshened and meals were prompt. I liked the ribs and grilled shrimp although the brown sugar was a bit heavy on the green beans for my liking. Can't say I've had it like that before. Appetizer was tasty wow, spicy to me! Loved the shrimp and fried onions. The others in my party enjoyed their steaks- med rare- sides were fresh enough and oh, can't leave out the beer battered bread w/ flavored butter. We heard old country music belting out across the restaurant. Good time with my family.

Would give it a zero if i could! i ate their ribs, house salad about 6 months ago. within 30 mins i nearly made it home before i crapped on myself. last week a drug rep brought us chicken tenders, salad and mac&cheese. again, within 30 mins i nearly crapped on myself again! it comes on so suddenly with nausea, cramping and then explosive diarrhea! never again salt grass will i let you poison me, shame on you!

My wife and I when here for a Saturday 'Lunch Date ' and had a great time. Our server, Sky, was very respectful and made great recommendations for the meal. We both got steaks and they were cooked as ordered. Meal came with complimentary bread and butter. Menu is pretty straight forward. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Coming at lunch on Saturday, there was no wait and immediate seating. Parking is no problem due to the location near a shopping center. Great location, right off the highway!
