Contribute FeedbackA recent experience dining at NYC Serafina left customers frustrated with long wait times, subpar service, and high prices. Another reviewer felt that the food and drinks were overpriced. Despite some hiccups, one diner enjoyed their meal and praised the food and ambiance. However, inconsistencies with service and food preparation were noted by other patrons. The calamari was highly recommended, while some menu items were criticized for their quality and portion size. Overall, mixed reviews suggest that NYC Serafina may not be a go-to spot for everyone, but those willing to take their chances may find something to enjoy in the restaurant's ambience and menu offerings.
Serafina is the best restaurant in Puerto Rico. I have been there four times and every time I have had dinner there.
$115 for 13 inch pizza, a side salad, and half a bowl of plan pasta with butter, two waters, and Diet Coke. What a rip off. I will spend money but this was ridiculous.
The food was fantastic as was the service! We all had a great time!
I had a negative experience at this restaurant last year, but decided to give it another try since everyone has bad days. Unfortunately, it seems like poor service is the norm here. The hostess had a terrible attitude and despite making a reservation for an inside table, we were seated outside with a nonchalant response when we mentioned it. We waited over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. They were unable to make some of their signature drinks due to equipment issues. In the end, we decided to give up and went to a different restaurant where our business was valued. I recommend choosing one of the many other dining options in the area instead.
The food and wine at this restaurant were wonderful. The customer service was fantastic and the atmosphere was pleasant as well.
