My wife ordered fillet steak well done, but it was served as anything but well done. Why do restaurants think well done means well cooked on the outside but raw in the middle! Anyway that was sent back and came back as originally requested however...the rest of the dish had obviously been put to one side whilst the steak was being re-cooked as it came back stone cold!
