Contribute FeedbackBeacon Hills is a popular spot that has received mixed reviews. Some diners have praised the beautiful view from the patio overlooking a lake, the delicious tomato basil chicken, and the great drink menu with standout options like the peanut butter manhattan. Others have mentioned disappointing experiences with service, underwhelming food, and rushed waitstaff. Despite some inconsistencies, many visitors have found the restaurant to be a decent choice for a meal, with fresh salads and a variety of menu options to choose from. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a potentially good choice for an enjoyable dining experience.
SHOUTOUT to Aeisha and Paige My husband and I just got married and we were out celebrating (visiting from out of state).
I have eaten at Beacon Hills twice now, once for a weekday lunch and once for a weekday dinner, and both times were pleasant.
Overall the food is good and the prices are reasonable.
Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier.
Ramon's is an awesome waiter with 42 years of experience on the La Costa property!
