Cheeseburger In Paradise - Omaha

We made a reservation for a party of 18 on a Thursday evening. Wonderful service from making the reservation to paying the check. Staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate our group. The food was excellent! The folks that had the hamburgers raved about them. Comments- 'wow, great food, we 'll be back '. 'My burger was huge and perfect '! 'I have enough leftovers for another meal '. 'Great choice of restaurant '. 'I want to come back and try some more of the speciality drinks '. When this group dines there is usually one person that is unhappy due to the order being wrong, forgotten order, not cooked right, etc. Not this time! I didn 't hear ANY negative complaints. Thank You for a great time! '

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. We ordered a burger and salad, and it took an hour for our food to be served. The quality of the food was really poor, especially the salad. Additionally, the prices were very high. If you are considering dining here, I would advise you to think twice. I have posted a picture of the salad so you can see just how bad it was.

Stopped by here since we were in the mood for burgers. The place was busy as usual but the wait wasn't considerably long. I ordered the Black Bleu burger--it was OK, and the crumbled bleu cheese added a distinct flavor to the meal. My better half ordered their Bistro burger--she said it was a little too tangy for her taste, but nonetheless good overall flavor. Didn't try any drinks, but we'll definitely do that the next time we decide to go back.

Decided to try this place out for dinner. The place was pretty dirty, fries and garbage on the floor. My chair had food items on it and I physically lifted the chair to show the hostess how dirty my chair was, she didn't say anything so I dusted it off with my hands. The food was average, ordered the cheeseburger but it wasn't anything special. I did enjoy my salad and that probably was the highlight of the experience. The waitress was responsive for checking twice and asking about drinks and the dessert, eventually the check. Unruly kids were busy running around the place, one even ran into a chair next to me. I recommend if you want a quality cheeseburger, you find a local Red Robin or Five Guys.

I am giving this restaurant two stars solely because of the poor service I received during my two visits. On both occasions, the service was terrible. This time, we waited for about 30 minutes before realizing that our order had not been placed. The waitress had forgotten to submit it. Despite the almost empty restaurant, she was preoccupied with her phone and neglected to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was surprisingly fast for a group of six. The waitress seemed indifferent when our friend pointed out that the avocado was missing from the burger. She even questioned if we still wanted it. Overall, the experience was chaotic. The food itself was decent, especially the French fries and ranch dressing. While the burgers were satisfactory, I would rather go to Red Robin for their two burgers for $12 deal with unlimited fries. The poor service has left me with no desire to return to this restaurant.
