This was my family's first visit back to the Rainforest Cafe since the pandemic and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The service was great and the wait times were reasonable, but the food quality was lacking. The children's dino bites were soggy, the steak was incredibly dry, the ribs were also dry, and the coconut shrimp were half the size they used to be and also dry. Experience with take-out:I went here because I had a $25 reward from Landry's. I saw the prices on the menu and was shocked that I wouldn't be able to get much with that money, so I was expecting to be disappointed (especially after seeing reviews). However, I was actually quite impressed with the food! The pastalaya was really good and worth getting again! I also got the caribbean rice as a side. It was nice (black beans in it), but nothing worth getting again. Cobb salad was pretty good. I went back another time with another $25 voucher and got the fish tacos and they were SO good! Once again I was very impressed! We also got a kid's meal with cheeseburger sliders, but nothing too impressive about them.
Had not been to a Rain Forest in a while. It was pleasant and fun! Our server Cash as outstanding and went out of his way for us! I really appreciate good customer service and he as superb! Thanks!
Our first time there it was a great experience… good food, drinks vibe with flirtatious waiters ? all in all good experience.
Food was very mediocre, Came out cold overall just nasty. I felt like I was eating hospital food.
