Contrary to a former Mucho employee's comments, I worked at the restaurant for two years and had nothing but positive experiences, both as a colleague and as a customer.
I was prepared for a bad meal and subpar service, but much to my surprise, we were pleasantly welcomed and promptly seated, despite it being a weekday.
We arrived at the restaurant on a Wednesday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were originally 8 of us, but 3 more friends joined us later, making it a total of 11. The server was very friendly and accommodating.
