If you're at Universal Studios, this option is convenient, especially if you're hanging around the Marvel area and looking for a Beyond Meat burger. It tastes fantastic, but it's important to note that this is pretty much the only food choice available for vegans. They do offer a grilled cheese sandwich as well, although I didn't inquire about it. Perhaps they could consider adding a vegan cheese option if needed. View all feedback.
I really appreciated that, not only does Captain America Diner offer a vegan burger, but a vegan burger with vegan cheese and mayo! The service was quick and the food was good. The prices were pretty reasonable as well. I would go back next time I’m at Islands of Adventure, for sure!
If you need a quick bite to eat at Universal this is perfectly serviceable. No wait time whatsoever at lunch time and quick service. They only have one option but the beyond burger was cooked well and it was nice to have vegenaise and vegan cheese. There are probably better options elsewhere though, and there wasn’t much theming besides large pictures of Marvel characters on the walls.
Took over 30 minutes for them to correctly make my meal. Probably over 50 people got served before my order came out whom ordered after I had ordered. Do not recommend.
If you're here at Universal Studios this option is convenient if you're hanging around Marvel or you're just craving a beyond meat burger. It tastes great, but this is literally the only food option for vegans. There is a grilled cheese of your into that I didn't ask but maybe they could make it with the follow your heart cheese if needed.
If I could give it a 5 star rating I would! The chef (I would love to name her) came out was super friendly and nice, she made the whole experience awesome, she showed me all the ingredients and asked me if they were ok, She said the fryer for the fries cooks fries only, she made sure there was no cross contamination at all for our vegan burgers! The captain america diner was very clean and I was very happy with how they made our food!
