First of all, Nila is a trusted name in Bakes. You should definitely have your food here if in ottappalam. Its near the busstand, on the main road. Parking is an issue. Park somewhere else. Had tried Porotta and chicken. Safe Bet. Soft and delicious. the other dishes are also known to be good. Most importantly, Clean and hygienic

Average food at a below average ambience.Washroom/Wash area is not clean enough. The restaurant didn't return my parking fee even after a bill amount of Rs. 500. [as of a notice in the counter they promise 'parking fee return' for bill above Rs. 200].The parking assistant was very arrogant.

Nila the popular name in and around Kerala . Good quality and quantity of food . We were there for lunch. We like it . We were on a pretty off time like 3 pm but still everything was available. The range is good too . Service was quick . Neat place and private ambience . Has a AC and non ac seating . Anywhere you see NILA kindly ust jump in :)

The restaurant serves delicious, homely food with a welcoming atmosphere. Each dish was very tasty. They also provide catering for functions either at our home or elsewhere.

Excellent food and service at reasonable price....good interiors and a perfect restaurant for family.....................
