As a vegetarian, I'm not very enthusiastic about the food here, except for the fantastic breakfast options. Waitress Tracy is top-notch in terms of kindness, precision, and efficiency. Saturday evenings are lively with open mic nights. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Broadways Bar & Grill:
Went the the "Broadway's" on Innes for lunch on a Friday. It was fairly busy, but we were seated right away & our server got to us very quickly. Coffee was good & we had quite a selection for breaksfast. Good value for the dollar, as the portions are huge! I'd recommend splitting one of the large breaksfast a between two adults. Only negative were the home fries; kinda gross as they lay in a soggy pile of butter/grea... View all feedback.

Went there for a birthday party. We were 40 people and we had 1 server? Kinda odd for that many people. She was very good but it took too long to get a drink. Our party was loud and crazy..lol!! The food came out in waves. Some people ate while others had to wait for their food. We ordered the nachos for $20.00 and didn't include the chicken like it said it would. The nachos were well done too. Nothing to write home about. The nachos we're bland. The godzilla bread was overpowered by the hot peppers. The bacon was cheap on the godzilla bread. Not worth $7.00...meh. It cost us $72.00 without the tip. Pretty sad. Not worth it at all. Didn't enjoy the food. It was good when it first came out but now it's just meh.
Average food. Average service. Boring decor. Nothing to write home about. Basically, boring. Average.
We took about ten of our staff there for lunch. The only meal that the diner was pleased with was a very processed, sticky chicken tenders dish. The club sandwich included rubbery chicken and a processed cheese slice. The taco salad came with no dressing. The wrap was so bad that I honestly couldn't eat it. The gravy used for dips and the fries was clearly from a can. I think that they serve a good breakfast but lunch was terrible. I know that it is basically a bar but the quality of their food has really declined. It was really shameful. I wonder how they stay in business. This is too bad because we own a local business and would love to support this restaurant.
We've been here twice - the first time was for breakfast, which was actually pretty good, despite being a bit expensive for what you get. Lunch, though, was another story - it was the worst smoked meat sandwich I'd ever eaten, and the kids barely touched their chicken fingers or fries. If you have a coupon, I'd say breakfast is worth the reduced cost, but otherwise, check out the other diners around town - chances are, they're all better!
