The waiter was very pleasant and friendly, however the food was terrible. I ordered a cheeseburger and received two patties on an odd steamed bun. The bread tasted strange and had a texture that was not typical of a burger bun. My Caesar Salad was flavorless, and my mother-in-law's lettuce was not fresh. The dessert selection was limited to only chocolate options. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
I went to this restaurant for dinner and ordered a steak. I also enjoyed a bottle of wine, which was a good value based on Nick, my waiter's recommendation. Nick was friendly and attentive, and allowed us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. The food was delicious, and the restaurant had both indoor and outdoor seating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially for being part of a commercial chain.
I have been to this restaurant a few times and have always enjoyed the good atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent service, and delicious food. It's a must-visit for us every time we are in town from London, England.
I have asked jack astors staff several weeks in a row to call a plumber and repair this disgusting leak. It's still there. Not cool for a franchise restaurant .
Lunchtime is ferda but ngl their chicken tendys are solid and they got the stick and puck game
