Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I haven't ordered from this restaurant in a while, but I usually do it online. This time, when checking my bill, I noticed there was a $4 processing fee. I feel like this is a dishonest practice and not something I would expect from a reputable establishment.

We had to try this Canadian chain since we are visiting from the US. It's pretty good with good size portions. Alcoholic drinks are priced very reasonably. The food is average. The ribs and chicken are tender and fall off the bone.,

Update: More than a week ago, I was asked some questions and told I would hear back in a few days. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything. It's disappointing and makes me question why bother asking for feedback in the first place.

I will never pay $40 again for a quarter chicken deal. On the website, my Deluxe Diner meal was listed for $24.49, including a chicken leg, fries, spring rolls, a Pepsi, and a piece of pie, which seemed fair. However, when it came time to pay for my order, the total was $36.14 - $12 more than expected. The extra charges for delivery and tax were not disclosed upfront. Despite giving a generous tip to the driver, the food was not worth the $40 price tag. This experience with Swiss Chalet was a big disappointment, and I do not recommend them for a great meal at a decent price. Order elsewhere for better value.

Vanessa was our server, and I was so impressed with her service I had to hop on here to talk about it. The food is always good, but ordering with Vanessa was extra enjoyable. Her memory for our order was 5 stars. I had poor service at another location, so I will be coming back here again for sure. Thank you Vanessa for the vinegar lol I love vinegar.
