I had a wonderful experience at op 1906. I was initially hesitant when invited to dinner and drinks at a hotel bar, but the entire experience turned out to be quite enjoyable.
Service: If I could give Op 1906 a rating lower than 1, I would. It is Kansas City Restaurant Week, and my partner and I were excited to try out this restaurant.
The food arrived an hour after ordering and was served cold. The waitress mentioned that the kitchen was busy, even though there were only three other tables. The entire dining experience lasted two hours.
