Stopped listening to my teenage daughter for the very good reviews. really not impressed. platz looks really shut down (the whole complex does) and the homless looking guy adds only more to the feeling I guess. the workers were friendly, but they didn't really sell to everything. eating was very boring. overcooked squid, bland shrimps and the coleslaw lubricated like a few business-proven things. fries had no season. tarter sauce was just commercial stuff. nothing you can write about. time and money.

The restaurant serves freshly caught seafood and prepares excellent fish and chips. However, I did not enjoy the mussels very much. Some customers bring their own rice cookers and add rice to their meal.

The fried shrimp had a strong ammonia odor and the restaurant was quite filthy. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I see reason some comments not happy with this place. But giving owner marked this is a take out place I am not really expecting dine-in service and environment here. Giving freshness of the food and the price you paid I give 5 stars. The steamed crab and seafood grill were our favorite.

Came out fast but that's the only good thing. Calamari was way overcooked and stringy. No salt on fries. Probably try something grilled if you must come here
