Contribute FeedbackRestaurant very disappointing especially regarding the childish portions per person: huge almost empty plates, not enough to taste a dish. all the more disappointing, the dishes are pretty good. And with all this, the prices are obviously exorbitant. the show of the cook (which lasts 10s) and the fact that you are drowned apron around the neck does not justify this price. restaurant to avoid, especially if you are hungry.
When we arrived at this restaurant it was empty and we thought we made the wrong choice. Then we entered and took seat in front of the teppan yaki and after 20 minutes the restaurant was crowded! Great experience and good food.
Nothing to say about this meal! everything was perfect and this malgree a reduced staff and a new recruit! being a trade, we know that in the evening when we came was not simple but the chief and his colleagues were adorable! The kitchen is a real delight! the ayako menu (the most expensive) is worth a lot of its price and if you are lucky to be at the bar... enjoy the show!Thank you to all!
We went to this restaurant for a dinner and had reserved table before throuhg tripadvisor webpage. At the reservation was that we get 30% discount from the menu items. When we arrvived to the restaurant it was almoust empty and they recognice our reservation right away. We got menus and asked about the discount and then sit started. The waiter (woman) explained us that the discount doesn't concern menus and plates and so on... It is only valid when you order from ala carte and you HAVE to eat also a main course which were very expencive ! I tried to explain to the waiter that when we reserved the table nowhere was rule that you have to take main course and it dosn't consern the ready sushi menus ? Then the waiter shout to us again and again that so it is and it is not her reason why it is not said at the web page. She was so rude that I have never ever faced situation like that. We stand up and went out of the restaurant. We don't know about the food at restaurant but we never have to figure it out becouse we won't go to this restaurant ever.
Japanese restaurants, I tested and enjoyed several dozens. This one has the particularity of offering a teppanyaki cuisine, namely that the dishes are cooked on a baking sheet at 250° (style kitchen at the plancha). the products are fresh and cooked by a teppanyaki chef (years of learning and experience), in front of you and with the folklore that goes with (jonglage with the pepper and salt mills, very fast cutting of the food, throws/catchings, etc.). For me, the secret of this exquisite taste of the dishes is the sake. short, a pleasure for the eyes and a wonder for the taste buds. only regret about this restaurant is the lack of "local color" waitresses, dressed in jeans and t-shirts while they could wear Japanese outfits. good final point for this restaurant that, under cover of a reservation via the fork.com website, offers a 30% discount on the map (only). to conclude, if you are in the 14th arrondissement of paris (Western Street); Metro: pernety), don't hesitate to push the door of this Japanese restaurant. Good tasting.
